SANITARY WARES

What is Vitrified?

It is the general name of water-resistant ceramic products such as sinks, shower trays, toilets and bathtubs used in bathroom construction. This word is a French word and means "glassy, vitrified". It is formed as a result of shaping materials produced at high temperatures up to 1200 degrees using different methods. It consists of a mixture of clay and kaolin. After this mixing, quartz and feldspar are added. The reason for this is to ensure that the resulting material is more durable and robust. Vitrified products can resist up to 1280 degrees.
