SHOWER CABIN SYSTEMS

There are perhaps hundreds of types of shower cabin systems, whose place in our lives is increasing day by day. Adding or removing a part to a standard shower cabin turns it into a different type.

There are factors affecting the types of shower cabins, from the material used to its shape, profile type, hinge model and glass.

The first type of shower cabin we will examine is mica shower cabins. These shower cabins, which we are used to seeing and considered the first apple of the shower cabin world, are divided into three according to profile color: classic white series, matte chrome series and bright chrome series. These shower cabins are the most economical shower cabins on the market.

Shower cabins are also listed according to their shapes. These;

Square Shower Cabin,

Oval Shower Cabin,

Round Shower Cabin,

Rectangular Shower Cabin,

Shower Cabin Between Two Walls,

They are divided into 6 as Compact Shower Cabins.

Apart from the shower cabins that you can understand from their geometric shapes, compact shower cabins are also shower cabins that have composite panels and dimensions and can carry many luxury add-ons such as massage, tanning and listening to music.

Another distinction emerges in door shapes. Shower cabins are divided according to their door shape as follows;

Full-length Hinged Shower Cabin,

Point Hinged Shower Cabin,

Sliding Shower Cabin.

Full-length hinged shower cabins, as the name suggests, have full-length hinged doors and are in open-close mode. With point hinges, the door still opens and closes, but the hinges that enable this are much smaller and generally hold the door from two points.

In sliding shower cabin models, the shower cabin doors are fitted to the profile with the help of bearings and the door slides open. The most commonly used door type is sliding doors.

Apart from these, shower cabins are also divided according to their glass types. Just as the mica glass we see in classical shower cabins is used, recently there are also tempered glasses with a thickness of 4-6-8 mm.
